Introducing SLA Rules
Based on usage statistics and valuable feedback from our core customer base, we have enhanced the SLA functionality for reactive work.
Job Details Screen Enhancements
We’ve updated the design of the Job Details screen and added some cool new features.
New SLA Job Filters
We now have the ability to filter the list of Jobs within Operations > Jobs, by the applicable SLA rules.
New SLA Job List Columns and Labels
There are also 2 new columns within the job list to indicate the time lapsed from/left for Response, Completion and Nearing Breach targets for each relevant job.
This update also included various bug fixes and enhancements.
