He was CEO at Integrated Research (ASX:IRI) and led the company through a whole of business transformation strategy that delivered 70%+ growth.

During his career Almero has worked with leading international firms Bain & Company and Deloitte in South Africa and the USA. Almero was a founding member of Decipher Consulting, a South African niche consulting firm, where he was an executive director of the business.

James Hourn, a senior business leader, brings a decade of experience in high-growth Enterprise SaaS. At ReadyTech, he drove business cases and frameworks for innovative tech solutions in education, employment, and government. With expertise in sales, growth, product, and strategy, James advised on complex technology decisions, including scaling enterprise sales and expanding into new markets.

With 25 years' experience in global accountancy firms and senior roles at ASX-listed companies, including UGL, Lendlease, and BSA Limited, Simon advocates for Urbanise’s products, delivering tech solutions to Strata and FM industries. He holds LLB from the University of Exeter, a qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAEW), and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
