This release delivers several enhancements in the Urbanise FM platform to assist in streamlining your operations.
Regions Import and Export
When managing regions, a new option is available to import regions via a Quick Import function.
To import regions, navigate to Settings > More > Regions and select the ADD NEW drop-down arrow.
Regions can be exported using the EXPORT CSV button at the top right of the page
When using ADD NEW, add the name of the new region in the top row highlighted in yellow.
When using QUICK IMPORT, you will be prompted to add regions to import using one of the following methods:
copying and pasting from an Excel or CSV file
dragging and dropping a CSV file onto the table
manually adding additional rows by using the tab key in the last row
When you are ready to import all the new regions in the list, click the IMPORT REGIONS button.
Compliance import
When managing compliance definitions, a new option is available to apply compliance definitions to specified locations in bulk. This function provides efficiencies by allowing compliance definitions on existing data to be applied to multiple/all locations instead of to individual locations.
To bulk apply compliance definitions, navigate to Settings > More > Compliance and select the ADD NEW drop-down arrow. Select BULK APPLY TO LOCATIONS to proceed.
You will be prompted to specify the Location IDs (external reference) to bulk apply matched compliance definitions using one of the following methods:
copying and pasting from an Excel or CSV file
dragging and dropping a CSV file onto the table
manually adding additional rows by using the tab key in the last row
When you are ready to apply matched compliance definitions to the locations specified in the list, click the APPLY TO LOCATIONS button.
Note: When using the bulk apply function, the system will use the locations specified in each compliance definition to determine which definitions should automatically be applied to the locations in the list above.
