Today's release includes the following improvements to Support Requests:
Automated emails to all support requestors, including unregistered requestors
The ability to select the Area/s on work orders raised from support requests
Automated emails to support requestors
When a support request is emailed into the support request queue by a requestor not registered or known in the system, the requestor will receive all automated notification emails related to the request. All replies from the requestor will be updated against the request. The support request also now shows the requester's details such as Name and Email address for better visibility.
Area selection for work orders raised from support requests
When a work order is raised from a support request, an option is now available to set the Area/s for the specified location, provided the location has areas.
