Andrew, the Head of Implementation and Customer Success for Strata, at Urbanise since July 2022, is dedicated to building a customer-centric team dedicated to providing excellent support and service to our valued customers.

With a career of going the extra mile through customer support, project management and SaaS implementations, Andrew is focused on delivering value to customers. His hands-on approach to his roles ensures our customers are supported through their journey, moving from one system to another can raise many concerns, but Andrew and his team are there to guide you through the ins and outs of transition and ensure our customers are well equipped to begin their journey with Urbanise.

In his spare time, Andrew enjoys a round of golf (although is he terrible at it!), spending time with the family, travelling to new locations and reading a wide range of books. His latest round of books included authors such as Jeff Sutherland, Lee Child, Anh Do, Raymond Feist, V.E. Schweb & Kimm Scott.
