Apply your company logo to the Operations Center
From today it is now possible to apply your own Company Logo to the Operations Center. Edit the Business Details from the Settings page and insert your own logo. Ideal image size is approx 350 x 150 pixels. The logo is shown on the Operations Center login screen and within the footer.
Auto Approve any invoice for planned work
A new option exists on the Contract Approval screen that allows you to automatically approve any planned job invoice, by ignoring any other configured auto approval limits that may be in place. This is useful for Contract work where all planned maintenance costs are agreed upfront with no variations accepted.
More ways to filter job invoices
The Invoices list screen provides new ways to filter your job invoices. Further filter your invoices by the Next Action set against jobs or by Job Type: Reactive vs Planned vs Quote.
