Announcing the new Facilities Management contract with Colliers Australia

The team at Urbanise are pleased to announce that we have secured a new agreement to deliver an end-to-end combined facilities management solution to Colliers’ Real Estate Management Services, Australia.

Colliers, headquartered in Toronto, Canada, is a leading diversified professional services and investment management company. With operations in 68 countries, more than 15,000 enterprising professionals work collaboratively to provide expert advice to real estate occupiers, owners and investors. Colliers Real Estate Management Services works with clients to develop and implement asset and portfolio management solutions that enhance value, increase efficiency and focus on tenant retention.

Urbanise’s cloud-based technology solution will enable Colliers Real Estate Management Services to efficiently manage the facilities across its Australian portfolio. The overarching transformation programme will enable Colliers Australia to consolidate data and processes across multiple applications into a single centralised computer-aided facilities management (CAFM) platform.

Colliers will use the Urbanise facilities management platform for reactive and planned maintenance, asset management; workforce job scheduling, inductions & management with field worker mobility applications; service agreements, compliance & performance management across its trades and supplier base. Urbanise will operate integrations to Colliers’ property management system and a number of peripheral applications that are part of service delivery. The platform will enhance the Colliers tenant user experience with Urbanise’s eServices portals and mobile apps, and provide full visibility of the facilities management pipeline and associated insights to Colliers through Urbanise Analytics over Microsoft PowerBI.

Urbanise’s CEO Saurabh Jain said, “Urbanise is excited about partnering with a Global Tier 1 property and facilities management firm like Colliers. With our AI-first property technology software, we will be providing innovative ways to better service conventional property and facilities management."

“Securing the contract with Colliers is in line with our plan to accelerate annual recurring revenue across one of our key markets – Australia – where the total addressable market for FM software is estimated at $3.3 billion[1].”
