Chief Financial Officer
Brent joined Urbanise as CFO, bringing over 25 years of experience across ASX-listed and high-growth technology businesses. He has a strong track record in strategic finance, capital management, and commercial operations, with deep expertise in the cloud services, telecom, and enterprise software sectors.
Before joining Urbanise, Brent held CFO and Chief Commercial Officer roles at Bravura Solutions (ASX:BVS), where he led global finance strategy and commercial performance initiatives. He was previously CFO at Macquarie Technology Group (ASX:MAQ), supporting investment and growth across cloud and data centre infrastructure.
Brent’s earlier career includes senior finance roles at Lenovo and NetApp, both in Australia and internationally, giving him a global perspective on finance leadership.
He holds a Bachelor of Business from Southern Cross University, an MBA in International Business from UTS, and is a CPA.
