Urbanise.com Limited (Urbanise) (ASX:UBN) announced today that it has entered into a five-year Hosted Services Agreement (HSA) with UK-based facilities management business Key Facilities Management (Key FM). The HSA is expected to generate a minimum of A$1.9 million in revenue.
Under the agreement, Key FM will use the Urbanise Industry Cloud as its primary service delivery and CAFM (Computer Aided Facility Management) platform. With operations currently across 21 countries, Key FM intends to extend its services internationally as well as diversify its activities and offerings within its home UK market.Commenting on the announcement, Key FM CEO Stan Mitchell said, “The Facilities Management market is the fastest growing market sector associated with the built environment worldwide.
