Urbanise Facilities Management Update (13 January 2023)

In this update we’ve improved the functionality around the new Planned Work planner.

Cancelling jobs

An option has been added to cancel jobs directly from the planner. Agents with the permission to move jobs will also have permission to cancel jobs from the planner.

To cancel a job:

1. Load the Planned Work Planner

2. Click into the month

3. Right-click on a job tile

4. Select Cancel Jobs

5. A summary of the job/s will display, with an option to select one or more jobs to cancel.

6. Click the Job Details icon to view details of the listed jobs

7. A confirmation prompt will display with the following business logic:

• the status of current active jobs will change to cancelled

• the status of future inactive jobs will be deleted from the system

8. Jobs available to be cancelled can be selected individually or by using the Select All option.
