Notice pursuant to Section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act




This notice is provided by Urbanise.com Limited (UBN) for the purposes of Section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Corporations Act).

UBN issued 31,440,693 fully paid ordinary shares on 30 March 2017 (Shares) to the underwriters of a Rights Issue as announced to shareholders on 04 January 2017.

For the purposes of Section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act, the Company gives notice of the following in respect of Shares:

  1. The Shares were issued without disclosure to investors in accordance with Part 6D of the Corporations Act.

  2. The Company, as at the date of this notice, has complied with:

  3. (a)  the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to it; and

  4. (b)  Section 674 of the Corporations Act.

  5. There is no excluded information, as defined in sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Corporations Act, as at the date of this notice.
