Richard Keyte has an extensive background in business, finance, and strata. He heads up APAC business development for Urbanise Strata and has worked in senior roles with PICA, Neighbourly and Clublinks, as well as having owned and operated his own strata business, where he implemented strategies and technology to transform the business and triple income in 18 months.

Richard has over 15 years in strata and has operated in both Victoria and NSW. He holds a Class 1 Strata Licence and is an Accredited Strata Service Provider with SCA. Before moving into strata, Richard had a successful career in business and finance and worked up to the CFO level. Richard worked for large, listed companies and state and federal governments during this period. These roles required Richard to oversee many projects, people and culture, business strategies and process improvements.

Richard is a strategic thinker and is keen to give back to the strata community. He is passionate about the industry and knows that his extensive business, finance and strata experience will equip him to provide a valuable contribution for SCA members and the strata industry as a whole.

Richard joined Urbanise in January 2023 and loves being part of a dynamic team focused on supporting client growth, profitability and success.

Richard enjoys going to the gym and playing squash in his spare time. He also loves to travel.
