Raphael Kozminsky serves as the Operations Manager for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region at Urbanise, responsible for overseeing Implementations, Support, Customer Success, and Pre Sales Engineering. A highly qualified professional, Raphael holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, a Bachelor of Arts, and a Masters in International Relations from Monash University.
With a robust background spanning six years in SaaS (Software as a Service) and information technology implementations, coupled with over a decade of experience in Strata, Hotel, and Hospitality Management, Raphael brings a wealth of expertise to his role. His comprehensive knowledge and skills extend across various facets of the industry, showcasing his proficiency in managing diverse operational aspects.
Raphael has worked with Urbanise since 2021 across the wider APAC region and takes personal satisfaction in seeing our clients thrive & grow within their businesses using our unique comprehensive work order & workforce management tools.
In addition to his professional pursuits, Raphael is an avid practitioner of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, demonstrating his commitment to a well-rounded and active lifestyle. This multifaceted approach aligns with his dedication to achieving excellence both in his career and personal interests.
