Urbanise FM is pleased to formally announce its partnership with Story House Early Learning, who selected Urbanise FM in 2025 as its Facilities Management platform to support operations across its network of 62 early learning services.
After going live in April 2025, Story House has successfully embedded Urbanise FM across its portfolio, centralising how maintenance requests are raised, tracked and managed across all locations, helping ensure safe, well-maintained environments for children, educators and families.
A Modern Approach to Managing 62 Early Learning Services
Operating 62 services nationally, Story House Early Learning manages a national network of services supported by outsourced trades and non-technical service teams. Like many education providers, Service Managers are not facilities specialists, but they are responsible for raising and following up on day-to-day maintenance issues. With child safety at the centre of operations, all contractors and suppliers are required to meet strict safeguarding compliance standards before attending any service.
Prior to implementing Urbanise FM, Story House was using a legacy system that was difficult to navigate, costly to support, and limited in portfolio-wide visibility. The organisation was seeking a more intuitive, contemporary platform that could provide structure and transparency across all sites.

Every request, update and resolution now sits within one workflow, providing greater transparency across the portfolio.
