Urbanise.com Limited (Urbanise) (ASX:UBN) announced today that it has entered into a Hosted Services Agreement (HSA) with facilities and property management company One Place. One Place currently delivers property services to 12 buildings and 1,300 individual units in and around Auckland.
Under the agreement, One Place will use the Customer Portal and Service Catalogue functionality of the Urbanise Platform to deliver a range of additional behind the door services to tenants and owner-occupiers. One Place will also use Urbanise’s Operations Centre and Mobile Workforce modules to more effectively manage its onsite contractors and comply with the New Zealand Government’s new Health and Safety At Work Act, which comes into effect on 4 April 2016.

Urbanise will receive variable platform usage fees based on the number of work orders processed.
